Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Department, c/o Mr. Kenneth Pinnock, Jr. Purchasing Agent Jersey City Housing Authority 400 US Highway #1 (Marion Gardens) Jersey City, NJ 07306 on the date and time designated for the receipt of bids.

 

How to Obtain a Bid Package: Bidding documents, including plans and specifications, may be obtained from the JCHA via one (1) of the following method(s):

• Bids/RFP's can be downloaded from this Website (except constructions bids or bids with attachments. Those bids would have to be picked-up).

• Fax Request to (201) 547–6648;

• Email Request to kpinnock@jcha.us ;

• Pick-up during regular business hours (9 AM- 4 PM, Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays).

Upon receipt of any/all request(s), bid package will be sent via regular mail.

ALL REQUESTS MUST BE COMPLETED WITH COMPANY NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION, AND REFERENCE BID DESCRIPTION/TITLE.
